So we built it.
LabelOS connects releases, rights, royalties, and operations into a single system. Built for our own label first. Opened to the industry next.

In 2023, we founded Union Entertainment with a simple goal: build a modern label and do things properly. Within months, the music was working. The operations were not.
Spreadsheets multiplied. Royalty calculations became fragile. Emails replaced systems. There was no real visibility, no single source of truth, and no way to scale without breaking something.
The breaking point came at around 1,000 tracks. Our royalty spreadsheet broke. That weekend, we stopped patching and started building.
What began as internal tooling quickly became a full operating system for our label. Releases, contracts, royalties, marketing, and reporting finally lived in one place.
Other labels started asking the same question: "What are you using?"
That’s when we realized the problem wasn’t unique to us. The industry didn’t need another tool. It needed infrastructure.
LabelOS is the system we wish existed when we started. Built to let labels focus on artists and growth, not operational survival.
If it’s manual and recurring, replace it with code. Humans decide. Software executes.
You didn’t start a label to chase spreadsheets, exports, and broken tools. LabelOS exists to remove the noise so you can focus on artists, releases, and growth.
Releases don’t stall. Campaigns don’t disappear. Royalties don’t drift. Every process has a clear start, state, and outcome, owned end to end.
Catalogs are financial instruments, not folders. Rights, contracts, revenue, and history stay connected, permanently.
Data enters once. Everything else derives from it. No parallel systems. No shadow spreadsheets. No “latest version” confusion.
Growth should come from leverage, not burnout. More releases, more revenue, more control, without doubling your team.
We’re onboarding a limited number of labels and catalog owners. Stop relying on spreadsheets and build a business that actually scales.
